| The Harlech Hotel reservation system
has a comprehensive set of user admin pages.
Firstly there is the 'Create Availability' option. This page offers the ability to make block availability with a start and end date for updates. Further administrator options are: Room Type: select individual room or all room types Minimum Nights Stay Select Action: Open, Close or View Day Select: Option to select individual, multiple or all days Availability: Make how many rooms available Tariff

| The 'Edit Availability' option offers the ability to select a start date from which to view the following 32 days. Results are shown in table form with each room option showing number of rooms bookable with individual rate and minimum nights stay. Each value is editable independently to give precise control over rooms. |
| To enable the Hotel to take control of personal information
the 'Create Hotel' page offers the following:
Business Name Business Address Telephone number Fax Number E-Mail address Main hotel URL General Hotel Information E-Mail Message to be sent following booking Location Information Check in and Check out time Booking Policy Information Important/Additional Information Once created the Hotel page will be replicated across the booking pages and pertinent information sent to guests following a booking being made. |
